When the leaves begin to fall, the bugs begin to crawl…into your house. With cool weather approaching quickly, certain bugs will begin searching for ways to escape the cold and seek shelter inside your home. But don’t worry! Here are three fall bugs to be on the lookout for in Georgia.

Ladybugs

While ladybugs are not a threat, they can be such a nuisance. Oftentimes ladybugs will show up in large numbers to avoid the cold.

Stink Bugs

Stink bugs are another one of those little critters that mean no harm but can be such a bother. These cold-weather insects love to sneak into your home to warm up and will leave a rancid smell if threatened or squished. Here are some pro tips on how to get rid of stink bugs.

Boxelder Bugs

These bugs are black in color with a red line down their backs. They feed on boxelder trees and maple trees, but during the cooler months, they like to find shelter indoors.
